Yamazaki Mazak announces organisational changes to customer support service
Changes within Yamazaki Mazak’s UK customer support organisation will bring customers and potential customers closer to the wealth of expertise and experience that is available from its European and UK headquarters in Worcester.
With immediate effect all of Mazak’s UK administration and technical support functions will be centred on its European and UK Headquarters. In making this announcement Sales Director, Tony Saunders comments: 'These changes are designed to create a strong central facility for customer support and take full advantage of the vast range of expertise and experience available from our headquarters and UK manufacturing site.'
Customers will now have direct access to one of the most extensive pools of applications engineering in Europe. This facility will be further enhanced with the opening of the new purpose-built European Technology Centre towards the end of 2009. As a result of drawing on the combined knowledge of its experienced team of applications engineers, based in Worcester, Mazak is now in an even stronger position to deliver the high level of technical and customer support expected of it by its customers.
