On 1st April 2008, NC Engineering Ltd of Watford will officially change its name to Citizen Machinery UK Ltd. This follows the acquisition of NC Engineering shares by Citizen in June 2006 and NC's subsequent change of focus to Citizen sliding-head lathes.

The company will present at MACH 2008 as Citizen Machinery UK Ltd, and management will remain unchanged.
