Wheel Blasting
Using state of the art turbine wheel technology, Wheelabrator Group shot blast equipment prepares, peens and finishes an expansive range of components.
Typical Applications:
Descaling, deburring, deflashing, sand and rust removal, paint removal, ceramic removal, preparation prior to coating and bonding, cosmetic finishing, shot peening.

Air Blasting and Peening
Standard and special air blast solutions include suction and pressure fed machines for dry blasting and finishing, and equipment for the peening of life or performance critical components.

Shot peening, rust and heat scale removal, paint stripping, surface texturing, preparation for painting, bonding and plating, corrosion removal, general cleaning.

Wet Blasting
The wet blast process is an efficient, economical ad dust free method of metal cleaning and degreasing in one simultaneous operation.

Vibratory Finishing
The vibratory finishing range includes batch and in-line machines, as well as effluent treatment equipment.
Typical Applications:
Radiusing, deburring, grinding, descaling and rust removal, surface smoothing, preparation prior plating, polishing and finishing to surgical standards.
