Subcon Drilling's plant list

Below is an outline of the equipment that we use in our gundrilling, honing and superfinishing operations.

Gundrilling
6 x Mollart Gundrilling Machines
2 x TBT Gundrilling Machines
2 x TBT Twin Spindle Gundrilling Machines
(for larger batch work). These are fitted with counter-rotation and unique in-house tooling. These machines allow us to drill from 3-40mm diameter, to a depth of 5 metres.

Honing
2 x Delapena Vertical Honing Machine
1 x Jones and Shipman Vertical Honing Machine
3 x Sunnen Horizontal Honing Machine

Prep Turning
2 x Colchester Manual Lathes
1 x Colchester CNC Lathes

Sawing
Automatic Band Saw - 12 inch diameter capacity
